Status lifecycle
Every status a swap can have, what moves it, and when to stop polling.
SUCCESS, REFUNDED and FAILED are final.| Status | Meaning | Final |

FAILED | Settlement and refund both failed. Rare; contact the maintainer with the deposit address. | ✓ |
Polling
curl "https://www.usetidepool.tech/v0/status?depositAddress=<depositAddress>"Poll every 2–5 seconds and stop on a final status. The worker checks each active address about every 4 seconds and stops watching a quote 24 hours after its deadline.

The response also carries a Tidepool-only tidepool object: explorer (a labelled list of every transaction, such as "gas top-up", "move deposit into verifier", "swap (execute_intents)" or "refund") and note (the last error, if any). 1Click clients ignore it.
